• Account Data: Name, phone number, email, and referral codes.
• KYC Data: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, utility bills, and live selfies for legal identity verification.
• Location (GPS): Real-time tracking to authorize battery swaps at hubs and for anti-theft security.
• Payments: Securely processed via Razorpay. We only store transaction IDs.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to verify identity, process bookings, track fleet security, calculate billing, and send OTPs or updates via WhatsApp.

4. Sharing Information

We do not sell your data. We securely share it with service providers (Razorpay, Cloudinary, Meta) and law enforcement if legally required.

5. Security & Storage

All KYC documents are encrypted. We retain data as required by Indian law (up to 7 years).
